This machine is for automatic high speed production of spring washer from round or shaped wire. The wire is processed from reels from where it proceeds under tension into the straightening device operating either in one or two planes. The wire is then inserted in the feed rolls which feeds the wire to the coiling station. The feed is infinitely adjustable in the feed range. This can be done adjusting the setting screw on backside of the machine. The coiling station shapes the wire into a continuous helical spring form and cutting unit cuts the coil after coiling is complete. The structure of the machine facilitates long lasting performance and efficiency.
