The production system under the company is of perfect and strength system, with seven specialized manufactories (i.e. Wheel Loader Assembly Factory, Structural Parts Factory, Axle and Transmission Factory, Processing Equipment Factory, Paint, decorating and Steel sheet Factory, Foundry Factory, Mini-excavator Factory). The company has 1200 units of all kinds of main machining work equipment, and 30 units of precise and advanced equipment, such as Laser Cutting Machine, CNC Oxygen-Acetylene Cutting Machine, Plasma Cutting Machine, CNC Edge Planning Machine, Italian CNC Tube Bending Machine, Austria Welding Robot, CM-Siemens Horizontal Machining Center, Japanese flexible Machining Production Line, Atmosphere Controller Heat Treatment Furnace etc. Moreover, the company also has two assembly lines for the main machines, one painting line, each one assembly line for axle and transmission, one production line for ZL50 Wheel Loader’s brake, one Pickling and Phosphorization Line. The above-mentioned equipment, production & assembly lines can ensure fully the manufacturing of the main machines and components and the requirement of matching, which form the production capacity as follows: daily production volume of wheel loader is 46 units, monthly production volume of wheel loader is 1200 units, yearly production volume of wheel loader is 10000 units. The company has perfect supply system and has already established co-operated supply relationship with more than 300 home and abroad companies, which the location of the suppliers is taken into consideration. Moreover, the supply for the key components has almost formed the supply pattern with more than two suppliers.
